So, so far for the game we have decided that the creatures of Tartarus are trying to cross over into Equestria and take it for themselves, getting rid of or enslaving anyone who isn't from Tartarus (which goes with the WWII theme quite well). Prince Jirard's brother has a connection with Tartarus and is trying to aid the dark creatures (since he is a wizard who uses dark magic). Once we defeat Prince Jirard's brother in a war, then his kingdom will become part of Night Fall.

Actually this makes me think about the different departments of the kingdoms. What departments are there and what do they each do? Like should we base them off US departments (department of agriculture, department of war, etc.)? What do you guys think?

Actually, in a kingdom, it would by "Ministry of". For some Examples: Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Magic, Ministry of Agriculture, etc. Each department would have a head, in my case, I would be the Minister of Magic.
