Basically at some point over the next few days I am going to make threads that talk about the kingdom, royal house, royal guard, magic system, overall challenge (game objective) and etc. If anyone has anything like information to lend to this, please put it in the brainstorming thread and I will make game threads which help to expand on the Night Fall Kingdom.

I think it would make sense for Night Fall Kingdom to be in the Undiscovered West.
And this could be the name of the twelve provinces:
Fustiyles: Capital is Athon.
Yowhaun: Capital is Ospeau.
Hoscar: Capital is Blyae.
Brurus: Capital is Thal.
Sciyan: Capital is Cron.
Eplioun: Capital is Uskait.
Athana: Capital is Drel.
Cloew: Capital is Toshar.
Usmeg: Capital is Jaglaurhiel.
Fasnium: Capital is Huscines
Thuile: Capital is Rhiel.
Swainia: Capital is Mugen.

So, so far for the game we have decided that the creatures of Tartarus are trying to cross over into Equestria and take it for themselves, getting rid of or enslaving anyone who isn't from Tartarus (which goes with the WWII theme quite well). Prince Jirard's brother Prince John has a connection with Tartarus and is trying to aid the dark creatures (since he is a wizard who uses dark magic). Once we defeat Prince Jirard's brother in a war, then his kingdom will become part of Night Fall.
Jirard invades Ranomnia with his men. Ranomnia is Jirard's area of origin, and it's ruled by his evil brother John. Night Fall takes over Ranomnia to free the people from hs brother's oppression.
Night Fall worships Luna. Kingdom of Ranomnia worships Fulgur, a bat alicorn who controls. clouds and storms.
Note: Swainia and the Capital of Mugen are where the Royals live. Basically Mugen is Night Fall's Canterlot

Like it so far. Let's see here:
The province Swainia is located near the South Luna Ocean and Hope's End Max. Prison is located in the Ocean underwater in order to make escape attempts harder. Hope's End Prison is also the only place in the kingdom where neither the Royals, military or government have no power or sway. The Chief Warden holds absolute power over the entire prison, it's prisoners and it's staff. This is to prevent corruption, once one is inside the prison all outside laws are rendered null and void.
The Swainia's bird is the vulture, it's chief exports is Seafood, Sea-based craft, etc.
